Mechanically Responsive (clockwork) Human Transformation

Living in a Fictional World – Max Igan

Remember Alex DeLarge and his old criminal street buddies, now the authority goons. Time to watch the movie again. Surveillance, criminals, torture, mind-control and London. I warn my young neighbors, do not get into the system or lose your money, freedom, life and family.

In response to Sharon Tytgat (Your Views, Oct. 9): The Republican-controlled U.S. House voted all the money required to keep government activities going except for Obamacare. The government workers who’ve been laid off aren’t idle because Congress didn’t vote enough money to pay salaries and expenses of agencies — unless they’re in an agency that would administer Obamacare. The Democratic Senate chose not to vote authorizing the money to be spent, because it didn’t include money for Obamacare. If Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev., and President Obama refuse to accept the money required to run the government, because it leaves out the money they want to run Obamacare, that’s their right. But it’s also their responsibility.

The Democratic Senate has refused to pass a budget for the past four years because it wants to continue spending money it doesn’t have. If this trend continues, this great nation will fall into bankruptcy and every American will suffer the consequences.

The “law” is not always “right”. The SCOTUS ruled 0baabaacare was UNconstitutional as a law but would be legal if passed as a tax. Funny, this calamity originated in the Senate and all taxes must originate in the House, ergo the mistake that is erringly called the “affordable” care act is illegal. It’s only a matter of time before it is a distant memory that will serve only as an example of intended tyranny.

Dunne: The “Law of Land” is not a piece of paper but a parchment. Obamacare is a unconstitutional “TAX” as in income tax on your wages as a result of your labor is not constitutional. Obamacare is unconstitutional unless the house creates the legislation for raising revenue in a form of taxing.

All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills.

  2. Commerce Clause (activity vs inactivity) or intercourse versus a rape

to regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes. Article 1, Section 8

[It would be a radical departure from existing case law to hold that Congress can regulate inactivity under the Commerce Clause. If it has the power to compel an otherwise passive individual into a commercial transaction with a third party merely by asserting — as was done in the Act — that compelling the actual transaction is itself “commercial and economic in nature, and substantially affects interstate commerce,” it is not hyperbolizing to suggest that Congress could do almost anything it wanted. It is difficult to imagine that a nation which began, at least in part, as the result of opposition to a British mandate giving the East India Company a monopoly and imposing a nominal tax on all tea sold in America would have set out to create a government with the power to force people to buy tea in the first place. If Congress can penalize a passive individual for failing to engage in commerce, the enumeration of powers in the Constitution would have been in vain, for it would be “difficult to perceive any limitation on federal power” (Lopez), and we would have a Constitution in name only. Surely this is not what the Founding Fathers could have intended.]

  4. Obama says Washington must ‘regain’ trust of Americans

How slick of him to exclude himself. Someday I’d like to know what exactly he considers himself? Mr. Universe?

  5. Pierre Omidyar commits $250m to new media venture with Glenn Greenwald

Oh boy! Can’t wait for the new fallen Snowjobs.

Time to go back to GE-NBC MSNBC and CIA-Time Warner. It’s easier to get the truth from complete lies versus limited hangout half truth.
